YOGALATES / FORM & FLOW

Breath, stability, ease. Yogalates / Form & Flow blends slow, mindful Vinyasa with targeted Pilates movements, using resistance bands to activate muscle groups. You’ll leave refreshed and relaxed.

VINYASA

A free-flowing class where we meet ourselves where we’re at. Expect short and sweet meditation, functional warm up, and creative, potent Vinyasa sequencing.

Fridays 9:30am, Saturdays 11:00am @ Earthly Bodies Yoga and Movement, downtown Beverly
