Yogalates / Form and Flow
My signature offering - HIGHLY recommended!
As the only certified Yogalates instructor in the area, Form and Flow is my own spin on this combination of Hatha Yoga, Pilates-inspired core work, and resistance training. You’ll leave class stronger, longer, refreshed, and grounded.

Vinyasa
Where it all began! Derived from my decades long Power Yoga practice, Vinyasa is a flowy, breath-focused class. It always begins with a short meditation, followed by a well-rounded and strong class. You’ll work hard and enjoy a guided savasana.

Gentle and Restorative
Gentle and Restorative yoga classes are great for those days when your nervous system could use some TLC. My Gentle class is floor-based and stretchy. Restorative uses props and encourages deep rest.

Chair Yoga
EVERYONE benefits from chair yoga!
The support of the chair can help you find a deep and nuanced expression of standing poses you already know. The chair is also great for those with limited mobility, or who just want to have a nice practice without worrying about getting up and down, or using blocks for support. My chair yoga classes can be mobility-focused, or strengthening. Or, both!

Hatha / Slow Flow
Hatha and Slow Flow classes offer an opportunity to explore the depths of your Asana practice. Longer holds allow space to delve into your mind-body connection. They can also challenge you- a chance to dig deep and find your calm strength in a welcoming, safe environment.

Kids and Family Yoga
As a certified Cosmic Kids Yoga instructor, I’ve been teaching at local preschools for years. My kids and family classes include breath, mantra, storytelling, and FUN! I’m CORI/SORI cleared, and am happy to teach a class at your child’s next birthday party, or group play date.
